I like the doctor. I am appalled by the billing error. How do you threaten collections when you never billed me to begin with and billed for amounts collected.
Because he responded when I called back for follow up although the answers were thru a care worker
I got answers to all my questions and understood the next steps. Most of the discussion concerned the difference in a home test versus a colonoscopy. I now understand the differences and was able to decide which was best for me.
