She seemed thorough and was very nice. This was my first time seeing her.

Did pretty much what was said and follow up

After a visit with her for a possible UTI due to discomfort in the vaginal area, we received a response from her that the urine test was negative. Great. When asked what the next steps would be, expecting to hear that a visit with a specialist either in gynecology or urology was recommended, she said to go to urgent care. That is a step in the wrong direction. Better advice should have been given.

I like her. I feel like she gets my basic concerns. It's nice that she's not decades younger than me, because I feel like I can talk about what I feel is going on and she's going to be in the ballpark of my experience in a way that I'm not sure a fresh med school graduate would be.

Pleasant, listened carefully to my medical concerns, very helpful, gave good advice.

She has not contacted with my lab results Abnormal on my own I have find a specialist.

Because I came in on New Year's Eve with a breast infection. It was about 5 pm and Ms. Menchaca sent me to the ER because radiology was closing down. The ER didn't help me much. I spent hours there just to get antibiotic pills. That would have been easier.

She was very thorough and didn’t rush me

She provided all the medical tests and checks to diagnose and treat me for my illness and prescribed the medication which cured my symptoms (major chest congestion and flu symptoms)

It’s been 3 weeks since my physical, and I haven’t received any follow-up calls about my test results. I checked Optum online and saw that some of the results don’t look good. I was expecting at least a call about that.

NP Mencgaca was very respectful and I felt very comfortable speaking with her.
