I liked Dr. Abukwaik very much at our appointment. I really thought he understood that i am terminally ill and in satanic pain. He referred me to a pain specialist at your facility. The evening before the appointment a girl called me up and said the doctor will not be able to help you and canceled my appointment. A few days ago I found out that Dr. Abukwaik did not understand me at all. He thought I was a drug addict and offered me only one thing “SUBOXONE”!!!! I was absolutely in shock and so upset my chest pains got extremely severe. I have 2 rare diseases that I am in the end of the end stage I was told. My neurologist told me i was going to die from Cardiomegaly last [omitted] and any stress put on me would kill me quicker. I was told by Dr. Abukwaik that I had Coronary Heart Disease, and kidney disease on top of liver disease, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome, brain injury, CPTSD which is in crisis. I keep getting dizzy and falling, have constant pain in my chest, i am nauseous all day and throw up at night when the pain gets worse. I lost 45 pounds in a matter of weeks and nobodies even tried to find out why. I asked for a referral into hospice. He sent something say Palliative care/hospice-future. Complex regional pain syndrome and Small fiber peripheral neuropathy are the most painful diseases that exist. All doctors because of the CDC RECOMMADATIONS are now making patients suffer needlessly. The pain has taken away my life, my friends and my entire family. Hospice is the only way I will be able to get out of pain. My entire day is spent praying to God to please let it be His will to let me come home because I can not handle this satanic pain I am forced to be in because doctors could careless if their patients suffer. As they feel good and their families feel good they don’t care about anybody else suffering in the worst pain that exists in this entire world. My old pain doctor said I need IV narcotics but she wouldn’t prescribe them. The only thing available to me is ketamine which is not covered so I don’t get to eat as much as i used but I have lost my appetite anyway. My hands have deformed and i can’t hold onto things anymore without dropping them. My old pain doctor had me on liquid morphine 100mgs. I needed it increased just a bit and she said she would as soon as she talked to my Psychiatrist and then ignored all of his many calls and emails. Then she wanted $2,500 on top of insurance to continue writing my prescriptions. Your doctor wouldn’t even give me my migraine medication. I have looked into every research study there is but in all reality all I really need is IV Lidocaine. It’s the best thing for nerve pain and I can easily get a nurse for home care for this option that doesn’t involve narcotics that doctors are scared of now. It’s absolutely despicable that I have suffered for over 14 years in this pain which has now gone inside my body and is attacking all my organs. So that’s the reason for my rating.

I praise the doctor all the time for doing a very comprehensive check up and going over things with my overall health. However, it is critical to follow up with bloodwork results and medication prescribed. Specifically, I asked, and he agreed that he would go on the next day, and failed to do so.
