Rajana Meka, MD

This was the first time I had seen Dr Meka. I found her to be caring & thorough w/addressing my reason for the appointment.

Meka is condescending, has no bedside manners, does not seem knowledgeable and is not thorough, she does the bare minimum in what is considered to be a doctor's visit. She appears to get frustrated when asked further questions beyond her limited and lackluster assessment of patient.

Me, my husband & daughter go to Dr. Meka, and we all feel she is very thourgh & a very outstanding doctor. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Meka is rude and nasty. Makes u feel like she’s better than she. Me and her got into a disagreement during one appointment and then all of a sudden my next appointment she was telling me to find a new doctor to continue prescribing one of my most important prescriptions that I’ve taken for nine years. She was extremely short and in the middle of me asking questions or wanting an explanation she just walked out.

She had no respect towards me during the visit. I brought paperwork for her to fill out but also needed a new PCP. She didn't even give me a follow up appointment. I had to beg my old PCP to redo the paperwork that Dr. Meka messed up on. And the funniest part was that my old PCP (Dr. Mathew at West Nyack Crystal Run), had to ask me a new copy of said paperwork because Dr. Meka didn't scan it into the system. So I couldn't try to give Dr. Meka he benefit of the doubt She's an awful doctor and needs to hang up the coat ASAP

No one is perfect

She talks to you and listens to your needs.

Dr Meka is a compassionate and caring person.

Keeps me informed, healthy and on point.

Did not listen to me and recommended what I had stated did NOT work. I was mistaken on the strength of what I was looking for but I stated clearly I wanted the prescription strength and the OTC strength did NOT work for me. She disregarded me and stated it was the same (its not, Ive tried both). Recommended the otc version and moved on. Useless.

Dr. Meka lack bedside manner and refused to acknowledge my medical concerns. I asked for my physical and blood work to be explained to me and that information was never provided. I do not feel comfortable continuing my medical care with this provider.
