Just a fantastic doctor always explains what she is doing very caring and thoughtful never rushed very thorough wish every doctor was like her.

Dr. Perl is excellent. She is kind and knowledgeable, a good doctor. She doesn't rush you and she puts you at ease. Appointments with her are always a pleasure and a positive experience.

Explained at the beginning of the survey .multiple issues with lymphadema script which delaydd my treatment now for several weeks and will not be covered under my 2025 plan year which has nlw resulted in financial duress for $2 ooo.oo for pt treatment vz $500.00. One of the nurses were extremely rude when requesting a correct script which was still incorrect. It took 1 month for vascular team to respond to request. On another note i always have favorzble experidnces with urology and the care team in west nyack with Dr.Mathew.

My son said, “She’s so nice and funny. I wish all doctors could be like her.” He was very nervous to be seen after injuring his toe. Dr. Perl made him feel very comfortable and had him laughing throughout the exam. She’s very knowledgeable and thorough. She gave detailed discharge & follow up instructions. Would recommend her to anyone looking for a podiatrist. We are very satisfied with the care we received! :)

Great doctor and surgeon, such a professional who cares.

I told her i was having more pain in my feet and toes. She said exercise would help with that. She left and a assistant came in and gave me a sheet with exercises. The directions wasn't easy to understand. No one took the time to show me how to do then. One called for laying down on a hard floor, something I cannot physically do. I though the doctor was coming back in the room. But she didn't. I would have appreciated help with assessing what exercises I could do, and how to do them.

She was very impersonal, did not give a sense of caring, was very rote in her communication, spent very little time with me as the patient, seemed annoyed.

Dr. Perl is kind, gracious, intelligent, very knowledgeable, and Professional. You are very lucky to have her working at your facility. Everyone speaks very highly of her!!! Jimmy Dennedy
