He listens well. He will trouble shoots with you. Help find what’s right for you. He takes his time. Best of all he remembers you and not because the chart is on the laptop. He recalls things you spoke about. He is forward about what he thinks is best for you. Doesn’t sugar coat things just tells you like it is and not in a bad way but so you know what’s best for you.
