Dr Hays is an awesome doctor. He always has an understanding of your condition and presents multiple options on how to deal with it. I always feel that Dr. Hays is listening to me and taking in the information I provide. The explanation of your condition is always discussed with you and has your best interest in mind of how to go forward. Both myself and my wife see him and have recommended him to others. His beside manner is always polite and understanding. We are very grateful to be patients of Dr. Hays.

Bedside manner was lacking. He performed his exam and tasks by what I suppose is the book, his job, no more, no less. He seemed rushed and seemed not to take my needs and concerns into much consideration. Did not go above and beyond in any way. His after care notes covered himself and one portion was inaccurate.
