Dr Ottavio is very personal and answers all my questions and concerns.
He was very friendly, informative and showed respect and took my questions seriously without dismissing them. Truly came across as wanting to help me and listen to me.
Dr. Ottavio listened to me, my concerns, history, and decided to run 2 other tests to rule out other issues that may be present! He ordered them and had his office manager coordinate me having them done the same day and told me to come back so he could go over the results with me and my husband! He then asked me to get a copy of the CT Scan of my chest and bring it back to him in a day or two during his lunch hour and he would go over it with me! He did exactly that! He was thorough and we came up with a diagnosis and a plan and things I can do to slow the progression of the disease I was diagnosed with! Both my husband and I felt comfortable, and totally amazed that Dr Ottavio gave us so much of his time to get to the bottom of an issue that other doctors could not! We would refer him to anyone we know who may need a pulmonologist!!!
