Dr. Mignone is very professional and knowledgeable and he takes the time to listen. I had a problem with my new glasses at my last appointment and he took the time to examine them himself and let me know what he thought the problem was. He could have handed it off to a technician. He did not. He took the time himself and he was patient about it. I know that their time is valuable and have tight schedules but him taking the time to make sure I left there satisfied, is why I will remain with him and that office.

I would recommend Paul Mignone to my family and friends. He is professional and friendly, which is a big plus because it puts the patient at ease.

Dr. Mignone was polite & helpful. I thought I had a new set of eyeballs by the end of the visit.

This was our 2nd annual visit with Mignone (hubby and I), so his 2nd chance! He is terse and abrupt. He repeatedly spoke over me when i tried to talk about my concerns. He spoke badly of his predecessor Dr. Farquar, whom my hubby and I both liked a lot. Last yr he complained that Farquar had a bad attitude and he was glad he left the practice, and this yr he complained that Farquar never contacts the staff or sends birthday cards after he retired. He's obviously resentful, even though Farquar retired from the practice about 5 yrs ago

Dr. Mignone is very personable and profession. He treated me very well and was knowledgeable with my chart. He didn't rush through my appointment and answered my questions very thoroughly. I totally trust him with my vision needs.

I find him abrasive and not at all compassionate! Terrible bedside manner! Unkempt appearance!
