She knew my unusual medical history completely and took time to talk to me.
I didn’t feel like she listened to me - she was too quick to offer her take on the situation and talked over me several times. Didn’t really ask questions. I felt that she had made her decisions before even speaking with me and didn’t really consider other options. It took some effort on my part to get her to agree to involve a discussion with one of my other doctors prior to committing to what she was recommending.
NP McPartland handled my virtual interview at the highest level. All interviews should go as well! She explained everything in extreme detail and listened to my concerns without rushing. One of the best interactions I’ve had with a provider in recent memory.
