Dr. McAleer is very informative, explains everything, is extremely thorough. The only reason why I stay with Optum is because of Dr. McAleer, otherwise I would leave. The phone keeps ringing and ringing to make an appointment nobody ever answers it, sometimes 45 minutes have passed and still nobody answers and when they do, they’re extremely rude and have that annoyed tone and transfer you before you even tell them what office you want. It’s disgusting Dr McAleer is the absolute best

Dr Mcaleer is incredible. She is caring, smart, fast, respectful, and all around an amazing doctor. She's one of only two doctors I have retained at Optum, as I've moved most of my care elsewhere. But I would never want to leave her!
