Dr Shah has been my primary doctor since before my autoimmune diagnosis however he has never made it a point to be up to date with my medical history or current medical records. When I try to talk to him about my health issues he doesn’t listen to me and just wants to get me out the door. This last appointment was the last time I will be seeing him as he has now decided that he is withholding one of my medications due to me not wanting to go on a medication that I know I do not need. He is rude and never makes me feel comfortable nor does he make me feel confident in my medical care.
Dr shah .is always proactive n professional..he knows how to encourage his patients health improvements..the guy is awesome n I'm glad n happy he's my primary doctor..

I think the issue is the expectations of the Quantity of paitients and the double booking and the Doctors are expected to see a specific number of patients in blocked amount of time. Health Care is personal . and more than just a test result number or survey.

Treated symptoms but never dealt with the root of the issue nor did he offer alternative treatments. Also prescribed the wrong equipment.
Dr. Shah is a knowledgeable physician who explains conditions and treatment clearly. Answers all my questions. His knowledge of my medical conditions is vast and current. Dr. Shah has been my doctor for a long time and I trust his judgment and follow his advice.
Doctor Shah is knowledgeable, an understanding....
Seems very focused on referrals and expensive tests. Writes precriptions for 6 months so you have to see him a minimum of twice a year or go without medications. Can’t really see him for everyday illness as the wait times are too long. His role seems to be in finding ways to increase Optum Profits and I blame Optum for that. It’s fairly easy to see your business model in action.
