I seemed a little rushed on this last visit…she had to get to the next patient

Dr Murakonda was very business like. She asked many questions about my health history but only expected yes or no answers. I would like to have discussed some of my answers.

I feel totally cared for. Very pleasant in explaining my medical concerns.

She took 40 min with the staff arguing because I was a new patient to her and I had come in for my yearly physical. The availability to see a doctor was 4-5 months out . She just wanted to review my history and another visit for the physical. All info is in computer as Optum uses Epic. She didn’t speak to me about my issues and I changed doctor. She was more concerned about the computer than what I needed. I changed this doctor for my husbands appointment. We were with Mount Kisco medical for 20 years and was very satisfied and move and now came back, hopefully this was a one time incident.
