He takes the time to listen to your responses to his questions and responds to your questions thoroughly. He remembers you on a personal level showing that he has your interest top of mind.
I thought he was thorough enough but his office left me a message at 5:45 pm on the Friday after my procedure saying to call the office as regards the results of my procedure. Clearly the office was closed and closed for the weekend when zi received the message so it was a very anxious weekend wondering what my results were .They would have done better at that hour to not leave a messsge and I would have had a far less stressful weekend !
