She was confrontational, aggressive and said numbness in hands and feet probably due to diabetes before blood was even drawn. This caused me fear and had extreme anxiety all day. She was defensive toward crystal run when I said clearance had not been given for hearing aids by Dr. Selbow's office. She directly contradicted me with this. She also defended Jacob Lehn simply because Insaid I needed pt for numb foot. I never said anything negative about Jacob Lehn. I also said nothing negative about Dr. Selbow. I simply said clearance not given on time and I need to redo my hearing test as a result. That imo requires proper training of the assistants of Dr. Selbow.who need appropriate communication skills and taught basic office procedures and to be able to take initiative. I did not say all of that to Gilmer. I'm just making sure you know what I think is needed. The very day I saw fnp Gilmer I found another dr to replace her. That is how bad the visit was.

She listened to me and validated my concerns. She ordered tests I previously had to beg another provider for and they never said yes, she did during my first appointment with her.

She was very nice. Took her time with me.

She made me feel like a family member or we’ve known each other for years. She listened to all my concerns and addressed each of them one by one.
