Appointment was rescheduled twice last minute then when I finally got in he barely met with me and took a phone call in the middle of me speaking about what was going on with me. When he wrote to me about my test results it was clear he hasn’t listened to anything I said because he wasn’t ever aware that I’d been diagnosed with Hashimoto’s.

He came in well-informed about the reason for the visit. He provided me with the information that I needed and an explanation about the drug he prescribed and when I might see results. He also responded to my questions with thoughtful answers and I path I might follow. He was polite, courteous and focused; my visit was not rushed.
