She was thorough. Very pleasant. She is matter of fact which is something I look for in a GP. She explained things in an easy to understand non dramatic manner. She answered my questions and took the time to explain in detail. I did not feel rushed at all.

Morgan is absolutely amazing. She is caring, knowledgeable, and genuine. If Morgan was every to leave Crystal Run, I am following her wherever she goes because I do not want anyone else as my primary care doctor.

She is a fantastic primary. One of the best I have ever had. She really cares for her patients. Her nurse is awesome as well!

Lack of caring and compassion. Stop treating grown adults like junkies when they have a proven medical history of having taken a medication for years due to genetic mutations and lived experiences that cause CPTSD and trauma. I have never in my life been subjected to such rude treatment insinuating and accusing me of being a drug addict essentially. I had a great long term relationship with my last 2 PCP providers who never spoke to me the way I was spoken to. “We’re going to be giving you a drug test so go ahead and tell me now if there’s anything you need to tell me because we’ll find out!” Giving me pushback immediately on my anxiety meds I have been on since 2008 that work well for me asking me if I have ever tried anything else. Yeah I have. Treating me like a child when I said I just want to make sure I can get my prescriptions which I meant all of them including my anxiety meds and she acted like I meant I wanted another script of that medication now saying: “You have plenty! We can count the pills together!” It’s crazy that I had to continue to message through the system to try to get the antibiotic I needed for the actual UTI I had but y’all had plenty of time, I see, to run a statewide database check to see what controlled substances I have ever picked up in the United States from pharmacies. Telling me that if I was getting worse to go to urgent care after I had done a urine test with y’all that proved I had a UTI. And I actually did go to urgent care and did another urine test and was able to get the antibiotics for the UTI that I had only after that was I prescribed the antibiotics that I no longer needed from nurse practitioner Morgan Turnbull. Unreal. If this is the kind of quality care that I can expect to receive then no I won’t be back because you’ve already insulted me and provided me subpar care.

Morgan is very considerate, prompt and she listens to what you have to say. You are not just a number with her. She is the very best!
