DNP Krachtus clearly cared for me and wanted what was best for me. DNP Krachtus took the time to explain everything to me. She developed an understanding of my concerns. OF course, DNP Krachtus is very smart and knows her field exceptionally well. But, I tend to believe when patients feel loved and genuinely cared for more healing happens then. Well, I'm not sure if it's her or her staff, but getting information after the visit is not easy. Getting them to call you back just doesn't happen. If you call about a persciption they don't call you back. If you call them about test results they don't call you back...what is up with that. I guess my health isn't important to them.
