As said earlier, he was too casual and acted as if he was impatient to conclude the examination.

He is respectful, patient, responsive to my needs.

He’s just unlike any other doctor. Nowadays doctors are not personal, they just do their job and they don’t care but not Dr. Mobasser, he listens and understands and helps you. I am so happy and glad that my daughter found him. He is what I need and if you want a doctor who will be sympathetic and help you recover, he’s the doctor for you! When I tell my family and friends about him they believe me because they know I have never spoken like this about any of my previous doctors. I’m happy!!!! And totally amazed about his professionalism and care!!!!

Plus he showed up late even though he was in his lunch hour right before my appointment.

This was my second time visiting Dr Mobasser. Both times I felt as if I was interrupting his free time. Each time he was extremely curt and unhelpful. Have requested to change my primary physician as was unsatisfied with him on both occasions

Seems distant at times. I'm getting the impression that he's doing the minimum necessary.

I had a virtual visit with Dr. Mobasser. I logged in 10 mins. before the appt. & stayed on for 50mins. I had a missed call from him. I called back while stayinh logged in & was told there are no messages. after awhile of waiting for him to connect, I saw a message hi but no one was present on the video. I called again & the operator tried many ways to locate him or understand if he would join the visit & asked me to inform if he doesn't join. No one joined & I gave up waiting & hung up 50 mins. after connecting. I never had my virtual visit!

Very happy seeing with Dr Mobasser. I travel 6 hours to see him, trust his expertise and value his opinion. Can’t say enough good things about him

Awesome and thorough MD who listens and really cares. Been seeing him since he arrived at CareMount. I have been with this practice since it was Murray Hill Medical Group and Caremount Medical. And now that you e become Optum Medical, my providers have left and you No Longer are accepting my Fidelis Medical *insurance. Where in these negatives am I likely to recommend Optum Medical?
