Excellent physician. He ordered testing prophylactically to ensure I did not have an abdominal aneurysm, which people in my age group tend to develop, which my previous primary care physician never even thought to order. It should be noted that my previous primary care physician, Jeffrey Gross, NEVER followed up on abnormal results on my kidneys. I tried repeatedly to contact him through the patient portal and I never got a response. Dr. Kitchell provided excellent follow-up and ordered new testing be done.
Professional and caring
Like I said before - he is a great new hire - unlike some other actual losers you have hired to replace the great ones you chased away like Dr. Krieger. The ratings I gave earlier were based on my experience with him - if they had included the other new PCP I saw before him the numbers would have all been between 1 and 3. Dr. Kitchell is not only a keeper, but an exemplar of true medical expertise, ethics, and compassion - what a welcome breath of fresh air. I hope he doesn't get in trouble for defying all the creepy management rules that you are imposing (presumably out of necessity) that are ruining what was a great practice. I go all the way back to Mt Kison Medical Group in 2000... it was easy to tune out the decline while staying with the OUTSTANDING Dr. Krieger... thank goodness I now have a WONDERFULLY SIMILAR young doctor (also from Louisiana?! perhaps hire more Southerners?). I have so many medical issues, and instead of being intimidated by them (like the young loser PCP you had stuck me with previously) he handled it all gracefully. What a gem. If not for him I would be LONG GONE at this point. Try to find some more winners?! Quality health care should not be so vulnerable as to the classical decency of one hire amongst a batch of weak ones.

He took his time asked me a lot of questions and explained everything to me.
I have only had one visit with Dr. Kitchell so I am optimistic. He seemed very competent and caring but he replaced Dr. Robert Wolfson who was a superb doctor .
