He is a down to earth guy struggling in a crappy medical system but he cares about his patience in spite of the factory assembly line aproach to medicine that optum uses. Get em in- dope em up/ jan em - refer em- collect co pay and get em out…. Next up ….. yea that kind of covers it well.
