I really like Dr. Schiskie. She's kind and compassionate. She looks at me. ( My wife says her doctor does not make eye contact - just looks at the computer screen. ). She listens to me. She talks to me. I feel seen and heard when I go in.

She seems like a very nice person, but all the questions she asked me, I was already asked in the patient portal, and all the information she shared with me was already in the patient portal. I might as well have had an appointment with chatGPT. It was very impersonal and sterile.
