Many doctors have told me I am borderline diabetic. Doctor Leone is the only dr. to instruct what to do about it.

He entered the room telling me I was wrong before even saying hello. He was very curt and short with me. Told me there is no such thing as what I was asking for and my referring doctor should’ve known that. Seemed to hone in on one idea and wouldn’t listen after that. I explained that maybe I wasn’t using the right words and I felt our conversation was very frustrating. Had to google information in order for him to listen. Ordered bloodwork but not for the tests I needed. After he continued to cut me off there were long periods of silence until I could ask again. Left the room and sent his nurse back in instead of coming back. When I asked to see him again he was “with another patient”. I was not listened to, not helped at all. I waited 3 months for this appointment and I left with nothing. I refused to get bloodwork done for someone who won’t even listen. I spent my $40 copay for nothing. Extremely disappointing.

Dr. Leone was kind, caring, and patient. He listened to my concerns and gave an excellent explanation of follow up.

Dr Leone is a kind and softspoken physician. Addressing my medical issue, he is empathic and explains. I would have appreciated being able to explain my administrative issue regarding the lab work. It was quite a frustrating experience and it was not acknowledged, rather, dismissed.

As a physician and a human being Dr. Leone it's a 10 out of 10. I would be hesitant to recommend him only because of the place where he works.

For ask the rains explained previously. And the Crystalrun patient advocate is a joke that should be retrained. They've never responded to my outreach or complaints during my history of receiving care at Crystalrun everybody who is a provider and is employed by Crystalrun need to learn how to be accountable for their job. That's how you get customer satisfaction, even if you have to fake it you do it.

Seemed very impersonal and robotic. When advising on my past experience. He came across as condescending.
