I find Dr. Newton very easy to talk to; he listens and answers my questions. I feel comfortable. I would not hesitate to recommend him who would ask me for a referral to a primary care.

Dr. Newton was professional and quick to address my issues. He reviewed my medications and helped manage my pain with clear recommendations and referrals. After such a positive appointment, I am choosing him as my new primary doctor.

While I don’t love Optum, and that I’ve lost all my dr’s there except Dr. Newton, I DO love Dr.Newton. He’s right up there with Dr. Emy I. Terms of being the best pcp I have ever had.

Unless the rules for a physical has changed, there was virtually no actual physical conducted. Despite being super friendly and outgoing, there was virtually no interaction between us, it wasn't encouraged, he was in and out in 7 minutes, the physical as he conducted it was defined by a quick recommendation that I drink plenty of water, eat plenty of fruit and exercise, a very cursory check of my ears and nose, then on to having the nurse take my blood, the doctor sending me to the portal for results. I spent more time and interacted more personably with the nurse taking my weight and blood. Seems like a very very nice man, but encouraged nearly no interaction or relationship.

Great personality and demeanor, very comfortable working with him / speaking to him about my health issues.
