There was no point in Dr. Dholakia sending me to her for an appointment. I wasted my time sitting in an exam room for at least 30 minutes while she was on the computer in another room waiting for him to email her back for next steps. If he had bothered to take the time to talk to me for a few minutes at the appointment we had already had, I never would’ve had to see Marlene McKenna. She showed no understanding of my disease, and rushed me out of the office while I was trying to ask my questions about the procedure. I had to go home and google the details of an ablation, since neither Dr. Dholakia nor Mckenna wanted to take the time to discuss it with me properly. I also had to do extra administrative work so that they had the results of my MRI - I do not appreciate when I have to go out of my way to get records that they could certainly obtain without me doing all the work for them. I am literally sick and tired. Also, if Dr. Dholakia can’t bother to remember me after having multiple regular visits with him from July-October, and if he can’t put a Band-Aid on the injection site correctly (he put the adhesive part over the wound), then I do not want him doing a more serious procedure. And is Marlene even specializing in pain management? Didn’t seem like it.

Had a very brief visit with Marlene McKenna and she said she was going to get all my records from orthopedic Associates, but never gotten them know anybody ever got in touch with me back. I had to find out the fax number myself and had them sent over. Still havent received a phone call.
