Dr. Nogueira is an exceptional Urologist/ Surgeon. He performed an Aquablation procedure at Northern Westchester Hospital . However, I had post-operative blood clotting which blocked my urine flows and had to use the Emergency room to clear the blockages. However, this could have been performed at Optum or Optum's Urgent Care had I benne able to contact Dr. Nogueira. The Optum procedure is to form a blockade around your Dr and not allow access to him.
