Dr. Loft was very helpful and made me feel comfortable and informed clearly of next steps to solve my problem.

My last visit on [omitted],Dr Loft seemed annoyed and frustrated. I did not understand why. He brushed off questions I had about my hearing. He said my loss of hearing was permanent even though in my mind there are remaining unanswered issues. He said get a hearing aid and good luck. Which to me meant don't come back you have your answers. On my 2 previous visits he was willing to listen and answer questions, but this last visit was terrible.

Dr Loff did not mention the side affects of using a machine to remove ear wax. I have had ringing in my ears, dizziness and blurry vision since the procedure.

Dr. Loft was precise, thorough, and listened to my thoughts. He answered my questions and explained completely about my issues, then ordered x-rays. The next day, through the patient portal, the findings were explained. I would definitely recommend Dr. Loft for his thoroughness!

I liked Dr Loft. I didn’t like that his assistant called me back, rather than him, to respond to questions I had asked on the portal. I couldn’t discuss the few questions I had with her because she wasn’t the doctor. He should have called me.
