Dr. Kipoliongo is wonderful and so professional! She delivered both my babies and I would not trust anyone but her!
-
She is very nice
-
It was our first visit not fond of her work ethics. I question her concern for me as a patient. I was trying to explain my situation for gynecologist and she cut me off in mid sentence, like she didn't want to hear it. So no I didn't like the experience I had with her.
-
She was very easy to talk to. She explained what she was going to do
-
She doesn’t have great bedside manner. She didn’t explain the reason for her plan of care or what she thought was wrong. She was also rough when examining me and I was seeing her for pelvic pain. She told me multiple times to slow down as I was talking to her since she was typing as I was speaking. For example, when she asked about family history of breast cancer. I said my maternal grandmother had breast cancer twice and my mother tested positive for the gene. She interrupted me as I was mid sentence about my mother and said she has to enter each family member individually so I had to stop and wait for her to be done with the first family member before moving on to the next family member. This was quite frustrating and also took more time. Her demeanor was very off-putting from the beginning of the visit. It made me not want to return to her.

One of the few doctors that care to connect with you as a person and not a file.
-
She did not tell me that someone would be coming in the room for the exam. The woman did not introduce herself which is extremely important due to the invasive nature of the exam. The doctor did not explain a line of treatment to expect after my results came back It was incredibly difficult to have ANYONE from the doctors team review my results after they were posted to my chart. I sat without medication for 2 days after receiving results.

Knowledgeable thoughtful and current
-
She is professional and thorough.
-
First visit with this Dr and she was very thorough and helpful.
-
as noted previously, Dr. Kipoliongo is the best doctor I have ever been to.

This doctor got very visibly upset with me when I wanted to also receive vaginal HRT and instead of calmly saying she can’t because it would double does with the patch, she shifted standing and got visibly upset that I even brought it up and upset that I said that I’ve been reading about HRT (as most doctors still don’t have that level of training everyone knows that). If she does have it I don’t know because she isn’t educating, she wants to get in and out and not have at least myself as a patient ask questions, it feels like she wants me to shut up and take what she prescribed, and as someone who has had a stroke and not knowing her at all I don’t trust anyone implicitly unless we have a history. She is also very condescending. I’ve already made arrangements with a new doctor in April at your practice until then I will meet with minimally. In the meantime she sent my prescription to the wrong branch of Walgreens, to one that doesn’t even answer their phone. It’s not close to me. I had to go there to see that she sent it to the other branch further away. The next day I went there, abs they said they sent back a message that insurance doesn’t want to cover the patch and sent her alternatives. I assumed she would send my insurance information on why I can’t take oral HRT. My appt initially was [omitted]. It’s now [omitted] and she has never responded to either Walgreens OR my insurance. I will not be continuing care with her and will be seeing another doctor until my new provider in April once Dr. Kipiluongo finally reaches out to my insurance and I receive my medication.

-
Extremely knowledgeable and willing to listen to patient and offer advice based on situation and patient’s concern.
-
Awful customer service, very rude, cold and unprofessional. I will never be back. Lezode asked me are you a church person? Who do you work for? And a host of unnecessary questions unrelated to my visit. She also appeared depressed, unhappy and unapproachable.
-
She's experienced, knowledgeable, courteous, and informative.

-
She's mostly a bit rude even though at the beginning of visit seems nice . Always storms out without saying a word
-
Her beside manner Dont seem generally that she cares and she brushes you off like what youre saying doesnt matter.
