She was very impersonal and cold! Her exam was rough. She was not answer any of my question or show any concern for me.

Dr. Kip was absolutely wonderful throughout my pregnancy, delivery, and postpartum care. This was my third pregnancy and she made the entire birthing experience feel much easier by staying calm, reassuring, and attentive during labor and delivery. What truly sets Dr. Kip apart is her dedication to her patients. She even came in when she wasn’t scheduled to perform my son’s circumcision procedure, which meant so much to our family. Her compassion, professionalism, and commitment to providing exceptional care are unmatched. I am incredibly grateful for everything Dr. Kip did for me and my family and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an outstanding OB/GYN.

This doctor shows no compassion and or empathy. I had to provide her information that I thought were pertinent for my care because she as a healthcare professional didn’t ask me. As a woman herself, she was very rough during the process and I felt very uncomfortable and empty when I left the office.

Poor bedside manner. Seems like she’s angry with me when I see her. I think she need to know how to relate with compassion to patients in front of her. We are not Roberts and should not feel frightened to ask questions. That’s how I felt with her. Sometimes I didn’t even bother to ask the questions I had.

She was rude, repeated herself multiple times and mixed up my current medication and medication allergies. She was also rough with her physical examination and left the blinds open during my exam.

Dr. Kipoliongo is wonderful and so professional! She delivered both my babies and I would not trust anyone but her!

It was our first visit not fond of her work ethics. I question her concern for me as a patient. I was trying to explain my situation for gynecologist and she cut me off in mid sentence, like she didn't want to hear it. So no I didn't like the experience I had with her.

She doesn’t have great bedside manner. She didn’t explain the reason for her plan of care or what she thought was wrong. She was also rough when examining me and I was seeing her for pelvic pain. She told me multiple times to slow down as I was talking to her since she was typing as I was speaking. For example, when she asked about family history of breast cancer. I said my maternal grandmother had breast cancer twice and my mother tested positive for the gene. She interrupted me as I was mid sentence about my mother and said she has to enter each family member individually so I had to stop and wait for her to be done with the first family member before moving on to the next family member. This was quite frustrating and also took more time. Her demeanor was very off-putting from the beginning of the visit. It made me not want to return to her.

One of the few doctors that care to connect with you as a person and not a file.

She did not tell me that someone would be coming in the room for the exam. The woman did not introduce herself which is extremely important due to the invasive nature of the exam. The doctor did not explain a line of treatment to expect after my results came back It was incredibly difficult to have ANYONE from the doctors team review my results after they were posted to my chart. I sat without medication for 2 days after receiving results.
