Kristen is very caring, knowledgable& takes her time to answer my questions.

Kristen is great. Very caring and tries to work with you even though i think she pushes medication on people and is very slow to take you off of anything. I requested to be taken off of a blood pressure med more than a year ago and I feel like I’m getting the run around about it and nothing is being done

She combines extraordinary medical knowledge with a superb ability to listen, evaluate, and identify relationships among the health indicators of her patients. She explains assessments and options clearly and thoroughly. In sum, she is my principal reason for remaining with Optum.

My insurance company tried to stop covering one of my medications and Kristen and her medical staff fought for me and my health needs. Kristen has also referred me to other specialists when needed.
