She was professional, friendly, great listener, attentive, answered all my questions and concerns, and very thorough.

I’ve been a patient of PA Berardi since she came into the practice and I couldn’t be happier with her care. She’s very personable and friendly which is greatly appreciated (nervous patient). Additionally, she’s very thorough. She doesn’t rush you and takes as much time as needed to ensure that all bases are covered. I remember when she first started she would often check with Dr. Friedman or a medical reference if she was unsure of something but not anymore. It’s great to see how far she’s come. I’d put her up against any PA, GP or specialist I see.

Kim is great. She is attentive and listened to me and seemed like she genuinely was paying attention to my questions. It’s a shame she has to work out of this facility because it was extremely chaotic there at no fault of hers.

I like Kim and trust her judgement.

I had a health issue that made me feel vulnerable, embarrassed, and uneasy, but Kimberly treated me with kindness and understanding. Because of that support, I felt at ease and less self-conscious despite the sensitive nature of their condition.
