Extremely thorough, kind, informative and professional. Dr. Jankowska is an exceptional doctor. She is deeply interested in her patients and has been my cheerleader on my recent health journey. Especially for just a med check, Dr. Jankowsla was extremely thorough. She went over my bloodwork with me and caught something that needed treatment and had other recommendations for me as well.

My appointment felt totally rushed, as though she could not wait to see her next patient. She was talking to me while the assistant was taking down my vitals which is not an ideal situation for feeling less stress or understanding what the doctor is saying. Optum feels like a factory where it takes several visits to finally have your problem solved.
Dr Jankowska is a truly exceptional doctor, one of the few in my long lifetime!! (I am [omitted]☹️!!). To say that she is like an old-fashioned doctor is my ultimate compliment. After so many years of my annual “wellness exam” (you don’t even put on a gown), she took me seriously, recommended procedures and specialists new to me. She is so personable and I know that she really cares. I have already recommended her to a friend who is really grateful…. Thanks Dr. J!!
