She was quick and informative. I really appreciated getting all my questions answered and her providing information without the process being long. My referrals were super quick as well by the time I got to work some one already called me to set up an appointment.
She’s very professional , very thorough in all areas that I needed her to be , I don’t feel rushed out of the examination room she took her time to explain alll of my concerns & triple checked to make sure I understood her recommendations . My previous GYN passed away that I had for 34 yrs & I must say DR . Jyothi Parapurath filled that expectation she is to be commended !! Can’t wait for my next visit thanks Optum for such a professional .

Doctor Parapurath is personable and a very skilled physician. She ensures the appropriate tests are performed and follows up with the results in a timely manner.
She definitely knows her stuff but she needs to remember that the patients don’t. I tried to ask her to explain something and she did not simplify it so that I could understand and uses a child like tone that made me feel dumb for not knowing. Any time she’s called or met with me the conversation felt extremely rushed and I didnt feel that I had an understanding of what was wrong and what I should do
She is pleasant, caring, and compassionate.
She is the most caring and compassionate physician I have ever encountered. They do not get better than her! I would give her higher than a 10 if possible.

Extremely dismissive of my concerns. The words “I don’t know what you want me to do” came out of her mouth verbatim durning my appointment. As a patient, that was extremely disappointing, and made me feel like she didn’t really care about me, my concerns, or anything that could actually be wrong with me. An exam was not performed. She did not follow up regarding my ultrasound and bloodwork results, I had to message her first. Horrible bedside manner. Would never see her again.
