She was very nice and professional.

She listens to me concerns and worked out a treatment plan with me.

Doctor Parapurath is personable and a very skilled physician. She ensures the appropriate tests are performed and follows up with the results in a timely manner.

She definitely knows her stuff but she needs to remember that the patients don’t. I tried to ask her to explain something and she did not simplify it so that I could understand and uses a child like tone that made me feel dumb for not knowing. Any time she’s called or met with me the conversation felt extremely rushed and I didnt feel that I had an understanding of what was wrong and what I should do

She is pleasant, caring, and compassionate.

She is the most caring and compassionate physician I have ever encountered. They do not get better than her! I would give her higher than a 10 if possible.

Extremely dismissive of my concerns. The words “I don’t know what you want me to do” came out of her mouth verbatim durning my appointment. As a patient, that was extremely disappointing, and made me feel like she didn’t really care about me, my concerns, or anything that could actually be wrong with me. An exam was not performed. She did not follow up regarding my ultrasound and bloodwork results, I had to message her first. Horrible bedside manner. Would never see her again.

I felt very rushed and was often interrupted during my visit. I was looking forward to having a discussion with her as I have had inconsistent care in gyno over the last few years and have recently made some changes and wanted the advice of a medical professional. She did not listen to what I had to say and belittled me so I felt less comfortable sharing and communicating with her. I came into the appointment excited to talk about my health and discuss plans of action moving forward and when I left I cried in my car. I felt unseen and like I was a hindrance to her day and also left without any of my questions answered.

She has lost her compassion, empathy, and gaslights patients now.

Because she was a wonderful doctor to deal with. But due to Optum dropping my insurance, I will not be able to continue with such a wonderful doctor
