Joyce Shakelton, CRNP

oy Shakelton, CRNP, is a women's health nurse practitioner who provides comprehensive gynecologic and reproductive health care. Her clinical interests include contraception, abnormal Pap smears and colposcopy, abnormal uterine bleeding, hormone replacement therapy (HRT), pessary management, and treatment of genital lesions. Joy is also certified as a Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner (SANE) and has experience caring for survivors of sexual assault and women affected by substance use disorders during pregnancy. She is dedicated to creating a safe, supportive environment where patients feel comfortable discussing sensitive health concerns and receiving personalized care.
