Great personality
He is a great me NP. Very caring and listens to what I had to say .
He wasn’t familiar with what Medicare advantage allowed for a preventative or welcome to Medicare visit. He did try and find out by listening to my phone call with MVP. He did make a copy of my MVP paper work for his own use. He did not respond to my 2 messages asking him to ensure my visit was coded appropriately as Welcome to Medicare.
He listened to every concern I had.
