Dr Espana is an amazing Doctor. He is compassionate , caring and understanding. He takes the time to listen and I feel reassured that I am Getting the care and answers to my questions. He doesn’t talk down to you, and I have highly recommended him to my neighbor and brother in law.
Dr Espana is not good at responding to questions submitted through the patient portal. Also, he didn’t authorize the follow up lab work we discussed resulting in my needing to make two trips to the lab to get my bloodwork done.
Knowledgeable, easygoing, yet focussed, caring.
He answers all my questions and concerns when I am in the office, but does not answer questions on the portal in a timely manner.
Even though very busy, I always feel like he is thorough and not rushing me.
