Would not refill perscription for Zanax after several phone calls told me lit was the insurance that would not pay and had a shortage. I called the insurance company and told me there was no such thing and should be refilled. I have been on this for many years use it only to sleep. My husband recently passed away and having a hard time. I don't think he has the right to refuse my request for refill. Will see if I can change Dr.

Dr. Espana was very cordial. He was patient with me, which is very important to me because I am sometimes slow processing information. The doctor was very thorough reviewing my medical records with me. He gave me an opportunity to ask him anything that was bothering me about my physical health.

Dr Espana is an amazing Doctor. He is compassionate , caring and understanding. He takes the time to listen and I feel reassured that I am Getting the care and answers to my questions. He doesn’t talk down to you, and I have highly recommended him to my neighbor and brother in law.

Dr Espana is not good at responding to questions submitted through the patient portal. Also, he didn’t authorize the follow up lab work we discussed resulting in my needing to make two trips to the lab to get my bloodwork done.
