Excellence throughout care
The best
I’ve been seeing Dr Gannon since I was a teen. Recently I had to have a minor procedure, I have germ triggered OCD and I tend to assume I’m dying when anything bad happens to me. Dr Gannon is the sweetest, kindest most caring provider I have ever met. I wasn’t even nervous. She explained everything to me in simple terms and answered all of my questions honestly which isn’t easy to find in a provider. She told me exactly what was going to happen after so I didn’t even need to call to ask any follow up questions (aka freak out b/c I assumed I was dying). I also really appreciated Dr Gannon’s ability to deliver scary news in a really kind way.
Caring and listening to the patient
She seems genuine. She doesn't talk down to a patient. She listens to concerns. She answers questions.

Dr Gagnon is Optum’s saving grace. She was s the only doctor I stay with there. I have followed all of my other doctors to Northwell. She is kind, caring, takes the time to listen to my concerns and encourages me on my health journey. For Optimum’s sake, I hope she doesn’t join the physician exodus.
Dr Gannon is easy to talk to. She listens. She keeps herself updated for my tests that need to be performed annually.
