-
She seems caring and compassionate - along with knowledgeable
-
Listens well. Intelligent approach to situation at hand. Developed an excellent plan to coordinate tests before appointment with specialist
-
Jenna is great. She is kind and caring and explains everything.
-
Jenna was an active listener and provided feedback as needed. I appreciated her thoughtful responses, and potential avenues she offered when discussing a questionable tentative diagnosis that I have received. She encourages patients to advocate for themselves, which - as someone who lacks confidence and is often inhibited by imposter syndrome - is immensely appreciated.
-
Intelligent, compassionate, good listener, problem solver, exceptional treatment.
-
She was very kind, thorough, and understanding. I felt secure in her knowledge and care.
-
I felt like she listened to me, immediately set me up for testing even though I've been telling all my gyns and primary care drs exactly what I said to her and we never did anything. She talked to me like a human gave me all the names to the other Dr's I needed to see and told me to follow up after having the testing done. I will definitely be back to see her again!
-
Very professional, thorough and caring.
-
Dr. Stout was very kind, efficient and informative. I would recommend her.
-
My appointment was canceled and rescheduled twice by Optum
-
I liked her very much. She was thorough, caring and knowledgeable
-
Kind , caring, knowledgeable, patient and thorough manner.
-
She is obviously not trauma informed. Did not talk at all about what she was doing while she was doing it or even before she started doing anything what she was going to do. Also, she didn't answer my questions and she said I would be getting a call from someone to follow up but wouldn't give me the specific name of the person or who to reach out to if they don't call me so they haven't called me and I don't know who to follow up with.
-
She is caring, conscientious, responsive and professional.
-
She is not my usual provider but she is everything I could have hoped for- friendly, personable, had a real conversation that did not feel forced.
-
She was professional and well-informed and very easy to talk to
