Jenna interacted with me with care and concern. I was positively impressed with her knowledge and her respect of my situation. She gathered all the pertinent information and then proceeded to discuss all the various treatment methods. She discussed my questions so I could make the best decisions based on up to date medical knowledge. She was very respectful and kind. I have found an individual I trust for my medical care. She promptly answered my questions and concerns I had written to her on the portal. I was not sure I would be able to get to the health care professional I needed that day and was very anxious. I had come in thru Optum Urgent Care. After ascertaining my needs the nurse personally went to the appropriate care area and was able to have me seen that day. I could not have asked for any better treatment than I received that day.

Very dismissive, I requested blood work for hormone levels, she said she isn't doing blood work for hormone levels just because I've lost weight and my hair is thinning. She told me unless I don't get a period for 3 months straight, I'll see her next year. The entire purpose of my appointment was to discuss getting blood work done.

I appreciated her thoughtful responses, and potential avenues she offered when discussing a questionable tentative diagnosis that I have received. She encourages patients to advocate for themselves, which - as someone who lacks confidence and is often inhibited by imposter syndrome - is immensely appreciated.

I felt like she listened to me, immediately set me up for testing even though I've been telling all my gyns and primary care drs exactly what I said to her and we never did anything. She talked to me like a human gave me all the names to the other Dr's I needed to see and told me to follow up after having the testing done. I will definitely be back to see her again!
