Very dismissive, I requested blood work for hormone levels, she said she isn't doing blood work for hormone levels just because I've lost weight and my hair is thinning. She told me unless I don't get a period for 3 months straight, I'll see her next year. The entire purpose of my appointment was to discuss getting blood work done.

Jenna was very informative, thorough, caring. She gave detailed instructions on use of prescriptions. I have great trust in her recommendations.

I felt like she listened to me, immediately set me up for testing even though I've been telling all my gyns and primary care drs exactly what I said to her and we never did anything. She talked to me like a human gave me all the names to the other Dr's I needed to see and told me to follow up after having the testing done. I will definitely be back to see her again!

She is obviously not trauma informed. Did not talk at all about what she was doing while she was doing it or even before she started doing anything what she was going to do. Also, she didn't answer my questions and she said I would be getting a call from someone to follow up but wouldn't give me the specific name of the person or who to reach out to if they don't call me so they haven't called me and I don't know who to follow up with.
