This was my first visit.

She asked questions and explained things well

She has been thorough friiendly respectful and have followed up with comments on test results

Doctor Thomas is very patient, caring, takes her time and listen to you. She doesn’t rush you out and she emails you when your test results come in.

Dr. Thomas is terrific in every way.

I explained this on the first page of this questionnaire. She doesn't know how to deal with people who are in emotional pain, simply trying to get the best possible care for their dying mother who happens to be her patient. She was HEARTLESS. And threatened to HANG UP MULTIPLE times during what I thought was simply a virtual doctor's visit. Truly Inexcusable behavior.

Dr Thomas is an extremely knowledgeable and thorough doctor. I appreciate her expertise, insight and bedside manner.

Dr. Thomas tends to want to refer me to specialists when I'm not in need of special care or treatment. I recently discussed with her the blood work I needed due to a recent diverticular bleed, and I had to convince her that the scope of the testing required was within her ability to prescribe (as my previous PCP has done) and that I should hot have to make additional appointments with specialists for these tests. It was very disconcerting, considering she should be amenable to ordering these tests for the well being of my whole body-her primary concern.

She wasn't comforting, almost too professional. She rushed me to answer questions when all I was doing was pausing to consider my answers. Both Dr. Thomas and her assistant were wearing face masks which reduced how well I was able to hear them. I am hard of hearing and use visual cues to aid my comprehension. The results of the examination that I received included examination of parts of my body that she did NOT examine: my nose (which was something that was one of the reasons for my visit) and my ears (in which I wear hearing aids).

She is very professional but also very easy to talk with about any issue I might be having.
