Dr. Thomas listens to your complaints, shows empathy and are caring. She follows up with you and provide the necessary information needed and your next steps. She explains your medication regimen.

I explained this on the first page of this questionnaire. She doesn't know how to deal with people who are in emotional pain, simply trying to get the best possible care for their dying mother who happens to be her patient. She was HEARTLESS. And threatened to HANG UP MULTIPLE times during what I thought was simply a virtual doctor's visit. Truly Inexcusable behavior.
