This was my first visit with Dr. Jaeger as my other provider left the practice. Dr. Jaeger and her nurse Mary were beyond kind and compassionate. I felt listened to for the first time in a long time. I had a bad experience at another office (not Optum) and I am so glad I decided to stay with Optum. I truly feel like I’m in the right hands. I needed a referral and was able to be seen with a specialist the following week! I recently lost my mom and I just appreciate their kindness and compassion especially for meeting me for the first time. I scheduled my physical and I look forward to working with Dr. Jaeger for years to come!

She did not take the time to listen to my concerns and health issues. She was more concerned about leaving for the day. When I tried to advocate, I was dismissed. Areas that were of apparent concern she chose to not address (postpartum mental health).
