The approval process for monthly medication‘s needs to be improved. Currently, it takes at least three days for the prescription to be approved and sent to the pharmacy.

About James Battista, MD
Dr. James Battista is a neurologist specializing in Parkinson's disease and other movement disorders. He earned his medical degree from Albert Einstein College of Medicine and completed his neurology residency at Montefiore Medical Center, followed by a two-year fellowship in movement disorders at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. Dr. Battista has extensive experience building and leading movement disorder programs and has worked at nationally recognized Parkinson's disease centers. He treats conditions including Parkinson's disease, tremor, dystonia, dyskinesia, ataxia, tics, and chorea, and performs botulinum toxin injections and deep brain stimulation evaluations.Philosophy of care
