Love her! Very thorough

I am giving a 10/10 because my visit on [omitted] was excellent. Jaimie Gray-O'Banks was incredibly professional, thorough, and took the time to address all my questions with care. The entire process at Crystal Run was seamless, and I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking attentive and high-quality medical care.

I have been working with her for a long time and am very comfortable with her.

Jaimie takes the time to talk over your medical plan with you and is always on time for my appointments. She helped me work with my insurance company to make sure my medicine would be covered.

She is very knowledgeable and caring.

She addresses all my concerns, and advises on changes in my life style to help me reach my health goals.

Recently having difficulty getting her and her staff to fill out a criteria form that was faxed to her to complete so that my insurance company would approve my prescription. Initial appt was on [omitted]. It is [omitted] and after several communication via patient portal they still have not filled out the Criteria Form

My questions are answered when I post a message on the portal. Typically, with medication refills and pharmacy delays.

Very abrupt and robotic. She engaged our visit like I was an inconvenience and she has done this a hundred times and why fid she have to explain this nonsense one more time. I got the information I wanted but I didn’t feel seen at all.

I found it difficult to have a conversation about trying a different medication, she seems to be on automatic pilot with what she has to say. My insurance requires prior authorization which has since been denied, and I left a message for a callback to discuss and no one has called me.

Always welcoming and demonstrates concern for my wellbeing and helpful with any questions that I may have and follows up if I had a question and needed an answer for.
