I have had many internal exams over the years, but this was the most painful and aggressive I have ever experienced. The provider was rough during the manual exam and scraped my cervix so aggressively that it caused significant bleeding—something I have never experienced before. When I expressed discomfort, I was dismissively told that bleeding is 'normal,' which felt like my concerns were being ignored. Furthermore, she never asked if I had any questions or concerns. I will not be returning to this provider.

The doctor rarely starts on time. Then rushes through the examination. Not very responsive to any signs or expressions of discomfort no empathy or sympathy.

I have been seeing her for quite a few years now and I feel very comfortable with her. Dr. Todd always explains everything that she is doing. Dr. Todd is also very friendly and I never feel rushed with my appointment.

I thought that she had a very poor bedside manner especially when talking about delicate things regarding my pregnancy and delivery. I did not feel like I could have a say or opinion about my plan of care and that my needs and wants were not even considered.

She was very professional and kind. She was very quick, did not stay long with me, rushed through my questions and did not really listen or elaborate with me.

Very professional and knowledgeable

I gave Dr. Todd this rating because she is a top notch professional that really shows concern and care for her patients. This is a doctor that other doctors should learn from in regards to actually listening to their patients and show actual concern.
