He gave me a PT prescription for the wrong body part. This did not come to my attention until the day of my PT appointment. I attempted to get his office to fax over a prescription for the correct body part asap so I could make my first appointment, but that didn't happen. A day later I'm still waiting to hear from them, even tho the message was sent urgently.

PA Lehn is very knowledgeable, articulate and answered all my questions. We discussed the tests he wanted my to have as well as other treatment.
