First- I did not know she was a NP- I kept calling her “ doctor” and she never corrected me. But it makes sense as I couldn’t figure out why she didn’t seem to be too knowledgeable and I felt a real lack of concern for my situation. Nor did she seem too interested in helping me any further as she was going on leave. She also basically told me not to expect anyone getting back to me if I got another UTI because they had not worked with me previously! So what was the point of my staying there at all??!!!! I am very upset about my entire experience there and she made me feel quite hopeless! I will never go back there again and probably will not use Optum again.
