Dr. Imran Ahmed is a neurologist and sleep medicine specialist with over 20 years of experience. He treats a wide range of sleep disorders, including sleep apnea, narcolepsy, parasomnias, and hypersomnia. Dr. Ahmed completed his medical training at SUNY Stony Brook and advanced fellowship training in neurophysiology and sleep medicine at Albert Einstein College of Medicine. He is board certified in Neurology and Sleep Medicine.
Dr. Ahmed believes patient education is essential to effective care. He partners with patients to help them understand their conditions and take an active role in improving sleep health and overall well-being.
