Very couteous and thorough.

It was one of the worst days in my life that the Doctor Who was caring for me, was not available, and I was in very bad condition. Someone recommended Dr. Howard Charles I had no idea who he was but he came to my aid. I had no idea how bad I was until he spent time with me to make me understand. He was there to help me into this very day I still am so grateful to Dr. Charles. He has made my life so much better because of his understanding and is care to his patience again I don’t know how I would be if it wasn’t for Dr. Charles !!

Dr Charles is wonderful. Explains everything with ease and detail. I tend to overthink things and to have a doctor like him is so much to my benefit. For example, I was told I have 'cataract trace which I was noticeably concerned, however Dr Charles explain to me what it is about, more so with age and it will just be watched. I even stepped back in after I was done with my apt to ask him a quick question about sunglasses and transitions ...answered me without any hesitation ...total pleasure as always

Dr. Charles's bedside manner is top notch. He has a calming demeanor which put my verves at ease when it came to the surgery. He went through the process step by step and ensured that I understood what would happen and the recovery time. He was amazing and I would recommend him to anyone who needs to see a retina specialist
