did not call to give me a DIAGNOSIS, after i called several times. she told me via my chart which is inappropriate for a diagnosis. this didnt allow me to understand my diagnosis or ask questions. also back in september i couldnt get back on my medication refill for TWO WEEKS because she wouldn’t put the request in. i called crystal run every day and they said they kept sending her a message.

I liked her, her demeanor, and her process of treating me. I can tell she is passionate about her career as she keeps to date with new research. She appears open to new research and treatment which was reassuring. A lot of gynecologists are dismissive. However her not reaching out with me about my test results for 2 weeks is unacceptable especially when it requires treatment and I'm in pain. Also responding at 1 am or 6 pm is unprofessional as well.
