Rude, Unprofessional , Belittling , Zero Listening Skills & Empathy . just Horrible!!!!

I like her. She listen to me. Give me enough time to discuss my issues.

I believe I’ve received excellent care. NP Sihn has great bedside manner, she is very engaging and presents a pleasant demeanor.

She was extremely caring and helpful with my needs and answered all my questions.

Although she was very nice I didnt leave my appt with confidence because she never did an actual physical exam!! The tech took my BP & pulse ox and that was it. Not even my temperature was taken!! The NP never listened to heart, lungs etc. my neck was never even felt for any lumps. My ears or throat were never looked at. My ankles were never looked at and neither was my abdomen. Unless the physical examination protocol has changed then I will stand corrected but I go back in 3 months and discuss it with her then.

Made me feel comfortable. Encouraged me regarding taking care of my overall health. Asking about and addressing any concerns I might have. Informing me of tools available to contact my health care professionals.

I like her, my only problem is that she took a long time to recommend Iron transfusion when my levels were - dangerously low and instead had me take pills which did nothing. My vitamin b level was also low but made no mention of how low until the second order of blood work. I think I would rather see an MD.

She was actively listening (without rushing me), she explained things clearly, my input felt respected, she was thorough and proactive.
