very bad experience with her. rude, condescending, unprofessional, didn’t listen to me or care about anything i said. cut me off, brushed me off, downplayed my sickness, didn’t explain anything thoroughly. made me feel uncomfortable and embarrassed. would never ever go to her again and would NEVER recommend her to anyone. i can’t even believe she is able to work there when she clearly hates her patients and treats them like they’re dumb and undeserving of respect and proper care. she spoke to me as if i was incompetent and that is something i will not stand for. a doctor should make you feel heard and cared for, your concerns taken serious. i felt like i was dirt she was trying to get off her shoe that’s how awful she treated me. her nurses were amazing though. one of them did an ear cleaning for me and said she would leave the rest for [omitted] as it was more delicate area. When Heidi comes in the room i tell her this and she barely even checks my ears and says verbatim “Nah you’re good” i said are you sure because the nurse said there was more to be done? she says.. “nah good enough” again, while barely even looking in my ears. my sinus infection itself her language was completely unprofessional telling me “you’ve got some kind of sinus infection or something” or something? i’ve never heard a healthcare professional speak this way. i can go on but long story short i would never recommend her.

Because she is very good at what she does and is straightforward, no BS!

I found Heidi to be welcoming, caring, very professional in asking me questions about my health and a good listener as well. I find her to be very resourceful and knowledgeable, and she provided me with helpful information about to how to best take care of my health. I know I can reach out to her in the future if/when I have questions about a specific health condition or treatment. She was highly recommended to me, to consult her and choose her as my main Healthcare Professional and I am glad I did.

Previous visit in February 2025 was checked out and given meds to take for 5 days for what was supposed to be a cold. Took the meds and after I finished them, I was admitted to the hospital for flu and pneumonia

she listened and respected my healthcare approach as homeopathic.
