Haseeb Khan, MD, FAAFP, is a board-certified family medicine physician with clinical interests in sports medicine, preventive care and chronic disease management. He earned his medical degree from Xavier University School of Medicine and completed his residency at Southern Illinois University School of Medicine. Dr. Khan chose family medicine to advocate for patients, provide preventive care and build lasting relationships. Outside the office, he enjoys basketball, football, traveling, trying new foods, fixing cars and spending time with family.
